Seal & Send ships within the U.S. Digital, voice, and video SENTiments can be opened anywhere.

Seal & Send letters are mailed within two business days (Monday–Friday) once your order is ready for fulfillment. After that, delivery time depends on USPS. We'll email you when it's in the mail.

If USPS loses a Seal & Send letter, we'll send one free replacement for that letter. Email fulfillment@hellosentiment.com to let us know.

Send It Digitally is free. Say It (voice) is $6.99, Let Them See You (video) is $9.99, and Seal & Send (mailed letter) is $12.99. See the full table above.

Our membership: $19.99/month, or $16.99/month billed annually. It includes one Seal & Send each month, unlimited voice, video, and digital SENTiments, 25% off eligible event and holiday packages, and the exclusive INKwell newsletter.

The annual plan is billed once a year at $203.88 upfront — the equivalent of $16.99/month, a 15% saving. Benefits are the same as the monthly plan.

Each month. Monthly and annual members both receive one included Seal & Send per month. Additional Seal & Sends are $6.99 each for members.

Yes, anytime. INKwell renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for — the end of the month for monthly plans, or your renewal date for annual plans.

Digital purchases are generally nonrefundable after delivery. A message scheduled for later isn't considered delivered until it's sent. If something went wrong on our end, email care@hellosentiment.com and we'll make it right — and we always honor any refund rights you have by law. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

They stay scheduled. Once a message is paid for (if needed) and accepted for future delivery, canceling or ending your membership doesn't cancel it.

Yes. Your SENTiments are connected to your account, not publicly accessible. We don't routinely read them, and you control what you create, save, schedule, and send.

Your words are meant to last, and we plan for that. If anything about SENTiment ever changes, we'll tell you well in advance and make sure you have time to download everything you've created.
